電力變壓器的有載調壓改造方法

  目前,電力(li)系(xi)統新增的(de)(de)大型電力(li)變(bian)(bian)壓器都采(cai)用(yong)(yong)有(you)載(zai)調壓器,并配(pei)置(zhi)完善(shan)的(de)(de)低壓配(pei)電網絡結構和(he)足夠的(de)(de)無功補償容量,以使電網安全運(yun)行(xing),滿足用(yong)(yong)戶對電能質量的(de)(de)要(yao)求,但我國(guo)大部分地、縣級110kV變(bian)(bian)電所的(de)(de)主變(bian)(bian)由于(yu)歷史(shi)原因,多采(cai)用(yong)(yong)無勵磁調壓變(bian)(bian)壓器。

  這(zhe)一方法(fa)有(you)幾(ji)個弊端:一是(shi)(shi)需要一定(ding)的(de)停電(dian)時(shi)間來作調整(zheng)(zheng),干擾了正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)(chang)生產,少供了電(dian)量(liang);二是(shi)(shi)調整(zheng)(zheng)次數受(shou)限制(zhi),僅能(neng)作階段(duan)性(xing)或季節性(xing)調整(zheng)(zheng),不能(neng)經常(chang)(chang)(chang)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing),對每天電(dian)量(liang)峰谷變(bian)化(hua)所引起的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)波動,處于無(wu)可奈(nai)何的(de)狀態(tai);三(san)是(shi)(shi)經常(chang)(chang)(chang)操作無(wu)勵(li)磁(ci)分接開關(guan),密(mi)封件易(yi)受(shou)損(sun)造成漏(lou)油;四是(shi)(shi)農(nong)用(yong)配(pei)電(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)分接開關(guan)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)調整(zheng)(zheng)的(de)情況是(shi)(shi)常(chang)(chang)(chang)有(you)的(de),極易(yi)在主變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)改變(bian)分接檔位后造成低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)用(yong)戶(hu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)高或損(sun)壞電(dian)器(qi)(qi)設備的(de)事件。唯(wei)一的(de)辦法(fa)就是(shi)(shi)對變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)改造實現有(you)載(zai)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

  (1)穿(chuan)靴式改造(zao)方(fang)法:

  所謂穿靴是(shi)將(jiang)主變壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)三(san)相線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)的(de)中(zhong)性點(dian)打開,分別串聯補償器(qi)(即(ji)SZZ7型(xing)中(zhong)性點(dian)有載調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)變壓(ya)器(qi))的(de)調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan),并將(jiang)主變壓(ya)器(qi)低(di)壓(ya)側與補償變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)勵磁(ci)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)并聯,實現有載調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)。其調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)是(shi)根據電(dian)壓(ya)疊加原(yuan)理,由調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)補償器(qi)借助于有載調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)開關(guan),維持(chi)主變高(gao)壓(ya)側線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)在額定電(dian)壓(ya)范(fan)圍以(yi)內。

  在這種調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式中(zhong),補償(chang)器運(yun)(yun)行時僅承受中(zhong)性(xing)點或N級調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)Σ△U1的電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),絕(jue)緣(yuan)水平(ping)要(yao)求低,當變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器中(zhong)性(xing)點處于(yu)大(da)電流接地方(fang)式運(yun)(yun)行時,其(qi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)水平(ping)僅為35kV就(jiu)夠了(我們按40kV設計制(zhi)造(zao)),也可按運(yun)(yun)行方(fang)式設計更高的絕(jue)緣(yuan)水平(ping)。此方(fang)法只要(yao)單獨(du)制(zhi)造(zao)一臺中(zhong)性(xing)點調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,改(gai)造(zao)費(fei)用(yong)低,對主變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器中(zhong)性(xing)點引(yin)出(chu)的現場改(gai)造(zao)僅需(xu)一個工(gong)作日便可完工(gong),如果結合主變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器大(da)修同時進行,基本(ben)上(shang)不增(zeng)加大(da)修工(gong)期。

  穿靴方式適用于電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)波(bo)動范(fan)圍(wei)已超出無(wu)勵(li)(li)(li)磁調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的范(fan)圍(wei),亦(yi)即無(wu)勵(li)(li)(li)磁調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)開(kai)關(guan)檔位在最高(gao)檔或最低檔時(shi)也不能達到電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)合格(ge)的要(yao)求。我(wo)們采(cai)用的中性點有(you)載調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),可(ke)實(shi)(shi)現±12%U1N的寬范(fan)圍(wei)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),若與(yu)主(zhu)變原(yuan)無(wu)勵(li)(li)(li)磁開(kai)關(guan)配合,可(ke)更方便地上下(xia)移(yi)動調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)區間(無(wu)勵(li)(li)(li)磁調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)范(fan)圍(wei)),以滿足實(shi)(shi)際調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)需要(yao),并提(ti)高(gao)主(zhu)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的出力。

  同(tong)時,根(gen)據實際情(qing)況確定調壓(ya)(ya)范圍(wei)來配置(zhi)中(zhong)性(xing)點有載調壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),其容(rong)量(liang)配置(zhi)如表1所示,各種電壓(ya)(ya)等級的變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)均(jun)適合(he)改(gai)造(zao)。我們完成了4臺主變(bian)的改(gai)造(zao)任(ren)務,但(dan)(dan)此方法要增加(jia)一(yi)臺變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的占地面(mian)積,一(yi)次(ci)接(jie)線稍微復雜一(yi)些,但(dan)(dan)從(cong)整個改(gai)造(zao)工期及(ji)節約投資來看,不失為一(yi)種比較經濟合(he)理的改(gai)造(zao)方案(an)。

  (2)背包式(shi)改造方法(fa):

  所謂背包是在變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器無(wu)勵(li)磁調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)范圍能(neng)夠滿足本(ben)(ben)地區(qu)供電電壓(ya)(ya)波(bo)動(dong)需要的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下,更經濟適用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)一種(zhong)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)方法。即解除原(yuan)無(wu)勵(li)磁分接開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)上(shang)的(de)(de)分接引線,拆除開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan),加裝一臺跨接式的(de)(de)或線性的(de)(de)有載調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan),將(jiang)原(yuan)分接引線引至(zhi)有載調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)上(shang),實現有載調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)這(zhe)種(zhong)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)方法也(ye)只需1個大(da)修(xiu)周期(qi),本(ben)(ben)體(ti)(ti)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(揭罩或吊(diao)芯(xin))只需1天,與芯(xin)體(ti)(ti)檢查(cha)同(tong)步進行,鐘罩(桶殼)或油箱也(ye)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)完畢。其改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)關(guan)(guan)(guan)鍵(jian)是必須在一天時(shi)(shi)(shi)間內,保證芯(xin)體(ti)(ti)不受潮的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下完成(cheng)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)工(gong)作(zuo),否則就會(hui)延長停電時(shi)(shi)(shi)間,增加改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)費用(yong)(yong)。同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)由于原(yuan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器不可(ke)能(neng)留出改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)引線通道,所以還要采(cai)取相(xiang)應措施(shi)來保證各種(zhong)類型(xing)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器絕(jue)緣距(ju)離以符合要求(qiu),并(bing)且還要注意方便(bian)今(jin)后(hou)的(de)(de)檢修(xiu)工(gong)作(zuo)(即吊(diao)罩、吊(diao)芯(xin)方式不變(bian))。對此(ci)我(wo)們(men)做了大(da)量工(gong)作(zuo),配(pei)備(bei)了相(xiang)應的(de)(de)設備(bei),對改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)每一環節進行研究,制(zhi)定出了一整(zheng)套(tao)切實可(ke)行的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)方案。用(yong)(yong)此(ci)方法我(wo)們(men)已改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)了5臺次,均(jun)達到預期(qi)目(mu)的(de)(de),確實是一種(zhong)經濟簡便(bian)的(de)(de)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)(zao)方法。
